Disclaimer
Last updated: May 17, 2026 · Please read this disclaimer carefully before using NBMEScore.com.
In plain English: NBMEScore.com is a free exam score calculator tool for USMLE preparation. We convert your wrong answer count into a predicted score estimate. We are not a medical advice website, not affiliated with NBME® or USMLE®, and our score predictions are educational estimates — not official results. Nothing on this site should be used to make medical, clinical, or health-related decisions.
1. No Medical Advice
NBMEScore.com is an exam preparation tool, not a medical information or healthcare resource. The content on this website — including score calculators, blog posts, study guides, and all related materials — is intended solely to help medical students prepare for USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK licensing examinations.
Nothing on this website constitutes, or should be interpreted as, medical advice, clinical guidance, diagnosis, prognosis, or treatment recommendations of any kind. We do not provide information intended to influence clinical decisions, patient care, or any health-related outcome.
If you are seeking medical advice for yourself or another person, please consult a licensed and qualified healthcare professional. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

3. Score Prediction Accuracy Disclaimer
All score estimates generated by NBMEScore.com calculators are educational approximations based on community-sourced regression data. These estimates are derived from score reports voluntarily shared by USMLE students on public forums including Reddit (r/step1, r/step2) and Discord communities.
Our predictions are not produced by or endorsed by the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME®). The NBME does not publish official raw-to-scaled score conversion tables, and no third-party tool — including ours — can produce an exact replica of official NBME scoring.
Typical prediction accuracy is ±5 to 8 points for forms with 10+ validated data points. Newer forms or forms with fewer community reports may have wider variance. Always treat our estimates as a directional indicator of readiness — not a guaranteed outcome.
Important: Do not use NBMEScore.com predictions as the sole basis for scheduling your USMLE exam. Consult your medical school advisor, residency program director, or official NBME performance reports before making exam scheduling decisions.
